DATA PROTECTION INFORMATION FOR “DIRECT EASY” FROM LEDVANCE

This data privacy information informs you that no personal data about you is collected and processed by LEDVANCE via the DIRECT EASY app during normal use of the app.
Personal data will only be processed in the event of transmission and analysis of error and crash reports if you have given your prior consent in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR and Section 25 (1) TDDDG.
To ensure the stability and reliability of our app, we use the Firebase Crashlytics service provided by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. For users in the EU/EEA and Switzerland, Google Ireland Ltd., Google Building Gordon House, 4 Barrow St, Dublin, D04 E5W5, Ireland is responsible.
Firebase Crashlytics is used to determine the effects of a crash and to investigate the cause. This will allow us to immediately improve the stability and performance of the application for users. The collection and processing of data in this context only takes place with your prior consent in accordance with Section 25 (1) TDDDG, Art. 6 (1) point a GDPR. This consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
